A rich, complex and multi-layered wee heavy/Scotch ale brewed with Scottish base malt, caramel malts, toasted oats, flaked wheat, caramelised brown sugar, salt, and just a touch of lactose. Hopped with English whole leaf hops, and fermented on an ester-forward English ale yeast.
