A rich, complex, and multi-layered Wee Heavy/Scotch Ale, brewed with Scottish base malt, caramel malt, toasted oats, flaked wheat, caramelised brown sugar, a smidge of salt, and just a wee touch of lactose. Hopped with English whole leaf hops and fermented with an ester-forward English ale yeast. Thick bodied, with a complex caramel malt backbone, fruity esters, and a robust bitterness to balance the smooth salted-caramel sweetness. Unfined, unfiltered and 100% vegetarian friendly.
