The first beer brewed and packaged in my new brewery in Strathaven, and the first pale ale I've ever released! Brewed with citra and mosaic hops, and fermented in a yeast isolated from a Norwegian farmhouse (Kveik) culture - fermented cooler than usual for a subtle ester character which allows the hops to sing! Expect mango, pineapple, passionfruit, lemon, lime and grapefruit. Unfined, unfiltered and 100% vegan friendly.
